29. The probationary period must be served with only one employer that is
(1)  a school service centre or a school board constituted under an Act;
(2)  a private educational institution to which the Act respecting private education (chapter E-9.1) applies; or
(3)  an educational institution that has entered into an agreement with the Minister enabling teaching to be recognized for the purposes of the probationary period.
A probationary period served in a school service centre or a school board may be served in 2 or more of the service centre’s or school board’s institutions.
